To choose the best subscription plan for your business, consider a few questions:
- Do you track inventory or only issue accounting documents?
- If you track item quantities, do you need batches and expiry dates? Do you have production operations?
I-Cash is retail software suitable for stores, restaurants and issuing accounting documents.
'Invoicing' package
This is suitable if you do not need to track stock levels and only issue documents such as pro forma invoices and invoices. A specific limitation is that you cannot receive goods into inventory, even if you sell goods rather than services. You cannot write off items or perform stocktakes, and many reports are unavailable. You can only create and sell goods/services to a business partner. The 'Invoicing' package is mainly preferred by customers offering services.

- Lets you track stock levels and receive quantities into inventory.
- Does not include batches and expiry dates—features needed by relatively few businesses.

Prices vary depending on the options each one offers. If you choose I-Cash, you can subscribe monthly or annually. You can start with a monthly subscription and switch to an annual one once you are satisfied that the software is useful. Current plan prices are published in euros on our pricing page.
