We are proud to announce that this year we managed to:
- Develop a self-service system: an innovation intended to make things significantly easier for both your business and your customers.
- Introduce new QR payment methods. We integrated our quick sales module (POS) with digital wallet apps such as Phyre, Pay by VIVACOM, A1 Wallet and BACB Pay.
- We integrate different types of retail hardware:
- Develop a feature that allows every restaurant employee to place orders from a mobile device to the restaurant's quick sales module.
- Present our software on the world stage by participating in the Gitex Technology Week 2021 global exhibition in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
- Expand our network of customers, distributors and business partners in Bulgaria and worldwide.
Of course, that is not all our team accomplished this year! As every year, we worked hard to:
- Respond to all current changes in Bulgarian and European legislation.
- Fulfill many of your suggestions by developing features that benefit you.
- Answer your calls and support you through difficult moments.

That is why we are sharing our plans to develop and implement:
- An AI adviser to help with sales: it helps you select items when restocking, advises which goods to sell in larger quantities and how to combine promotions.
- Integrating I-CASH with other e-commerce platforms, because customers with online stores matter to us.
- An app for quickly receiving stock and performing stocktaking—to make your work as easy as possible.
- Continue expanding our network of customers, distributors and business partners in Bulgaria and abroad.
