Each I-Cash user has permissions assigned and controlled by the manager from Roles. The roles are: manager, accountant, seller and auditor (the auditor account can access the software but cannot make changes).

The user manager has access to all operations, documents, item data, business partners and more. They can grant or restrict other users' permissions.

You use an online store

Want to link your online store to your inventory account? I-Cash lets you activate an online store for an additional fee. Our WooCommerce plugin makes it easy to integrate your inventory account and store. Orders from the online store are recorded in the program in real time.

Access all operations in table form

I-Cash lets you export all operations, items, business partners and other data in spreadsheet form, giving you continuous access to your software database.

Import your data

If you used another software package and then decided to switch to I-Cash, you can import all your items and business partners using a file in one of these formats: .xls, .xlsx, csv.

To adjust quantities, you can import during stocktaking. A stocktaking import is performed after you have already entered the items in your inventory account. It can be carried out using an .xls, .xlsx or .csv spreadsheet, or a barcode reader.
