What should we consider when working with negative quantities?

I-CASH does not allow negative quantities for batch-tracked items, even when working with negative stock is enabled. First, all sales must be carried out through the Web platform.

Note: When working with the quick sales module, item quantities are not checked.

Batch numbers

If you use batch numbers and expiry dates, the program will not allow a sale when stock is zero or lower than the quantity you want to sell.

When preparing production, the program will not let you create an item whose recipe contains goods with batch numbers and expiry dates if their stock is zero or below the quantity you wish to use in production. The program behaves the same way when you try to disassemble a batch-tracked item that has not been received into the warehouse.
