Inventory report and book value

I-CASH simplifies inventory accounting in accordance with the purchase-cost accounting system.

The software follows the recommended inventory consumption valuation methods described in the National Accounting Standards: FIFO for perishable items (entered in the system with batch numbers) and the weighted average cost method for other items.

Issuing accounting documents

The software can automatically generate basic primary and secondary accounting documents on command.

This lets you quickly and easily issue different types of invoice– advance invoice, credit note, pro forma invoice and others.

Invoices issued through I-CASH have consecutive numbers. Each accountant can specify a starting invoice number when beginning work with the inventory program. More detailed information about the different document types can be found in our guide— Documents.

Beyond the basic accounting documents, you can create templates for new document types.

Exporting documents

You can manage documents already issued: email them to a business partner through the system, print them or export them as PDFs.

Any list of documents, operations or reports can be exported or printed as a spreadsheet. Exported files can use the following extensions: .XLS, suitable for Microsoft Excel, .CSV and .PDF.

The exported file's table layout lets you create a register of issued documents.

Document access and storage

I-CASH is cloud-based software. All information is stored in an online database on secure servers. What does this mean?

Constant access to an archive of issued documents and current reports for each company, even from a mobile phone.
Each accountant in the accounting firm can have a user profile to monitor a company's activity, even remotely.
