Common errors when performing reversals
Before performing a reversal through the quick sales module, we need to prepare user permissions , who will perform reversals.
In the Web application, under Settings–Users–Edit roles, enable both user permissions for starting and completing reversal operations (returns). Then refresh the database in the quick sales module using the button at the bottom right. The cash register (printer) must also be prepared: approved under Ordinance N-18 and, if necessary, programmed to perform reversals. See the image below.
Note: Please contact the service company responsible for your cash register. Different manufacturers implement reversals differently, with different requirements and capabilities. Please note that I-CASH users have a field for the cash register operator code. This code refers to a specific operator in the cash register. If that operator has not been configured to perform reversals, I-Cash will not allow you to process a return.
