You have the option to issue an electronic receipt instead of a regular receipt if the following FOUR conditions are met:
1. An “e-shop” is software that is accessed via the internet using a web browser or mobile application and through which the sale of goods/services is made by means of a distance contract.
2. You have made a sale that requires a fiscal receipt; There are sales with certain payment methods that do not require a receipt. Electronic receipts are not required in this case: Cash deposit into a payment account; Credit transfer; Direct debit; Cash transfer made through a payment service provider; Postal money order made through a licensed postal money order operator;
3. Your cash register has been fiscalized to register sales in online stores; When you initially register your cash register, you must notify your service technician that you wish to use your cash register for e-commerce and wish to issue an electronic receipt.
4. Use specialized software to perform the communication between the cash register and the online store. Even after the cash register has been fisked to issue an electronic receipt, it cannot issue a command to the online store to send the document to the customer. You need to use specialized merchant software to mediate between the online store and the cash register, via an API.
