POS module – designed for retail locations

I-Cash is a web-based program, but to operate it, you need to install the POS module: simple software that lets you complete sales in seconds using a touchscreen. It stores information on all received items, including their stock levels, and displays them in groups if you have organized them that way. With a few taps, select the item and take payment. Through the POS module, you can also:

  • issue an invoice;
  • sell at a discount to a specific business partner;
  • sell items with different units of measure;
  • print fiscal receipts;
  • run daily reports (X and Z);
  • take payment in different ways: cash, card or voucher.

You can apply a discount to a specific item through POS the module – adjust its price or set a percentage discount. In addition, any pricing rules configured beforehand in the inventory account also apply to POS sales. What does this mean? If you have set a discount for a particular business partner or, for example, adjusted an item group's prices for a specific period, this will apply to the POS sale without having to repeat these operations. I-Cash lets you combine several stores in one inventory account, with each operating independently. For example, if you have 3 locations, you can monitor them through the Web application, while each operates independently with its own stock. Your employees cannot see what happens in the other warehouses. You can also transfer goods between warehouses quickly and easily.

When working with people, security is a very important issue. With I-Cash you assign specific permissions to your employees. When working with POS, each sales assistant logs into their own account with a personal password and can only make sales. You decide whether to grant additional permissions.

Our retail software lets you monitor operations in real time. All sales made through POS are reflected immediately in your web inventory account. You receive detailed information about every operation wherever you are. All you need is an internet connection.

Because your inventory account is web-based, you can receive delivered goods into stock remotely, if you have the document received with the delivery.

Example: An employee receives goods from a supplier today and sends you a photo of the document. You do not need to be on site to enter the item details. Log into the inventory account, select New purchase from the menu and receive the goods into stock wherever you are.

I-Cash is also convenient because employees can work from a tablet or phone, the quick sales module does not have to be installed on a computer.
