1. Mode „No synchronization“

In “no synchronization” mode, the online store and I-CASH operate separately. Product price and quantity information is not updated from one platform to the other. 

The main purpose of integration in this mode is to meet the legal requirements for an online store by completing a sale with an electronic fiscal receipt or issuing a sales registration document meeting the requirements of Article 52o of Ordinance N-18 (the simplified regime), as well as generating a standardized XML audit file at the end of the month.

This workflow is suitable for:

  • Retailers offering services;
  • Retailers who do not track inventory; dropshipping businesses;

  • Retailers with over 10 000 items
2. Mode „Quantity synchronization“

This operating mode automatically updates all purchases, stocktakes and goods movement operations, as well as quantities in the online store, in real time. Prices are entered separately in the online store and I-CASH. This mode also lets you configure electronic fiscal receipt issuance or document generation under the alternative sales registration and reporting regime.

This workflow is suitable for:

  • Retailers with online and physical stores that use different pricing policies at each location but want automatic inventory tracking;
3. Price synchronization

Price synchronization mode updates every newly created, edited or changed price in real time on both platforms. It does not track product quantities. The advantage is that you can change your online store prices through I-CASH. In this operating mode, you can also configure electronic fiscal receipts and generate documents for registering and reporting sales.

This workflow is suitable for:

  • Retailers offering services;
  • Retailers who do not track inventory levels;
4. Synchronizing quantities and prices

We recommend this mode to save time and effort. It automatically updates all product and price information in real time between your online and physical stores. It is suitable for automating all operations and goods across the platforms and also supports electronic fiscal receipts and documents for registering and reporting sales.
